Brian is probably the shows most laid back character.  Him and Peter are 2 peas in a pod when it comes to the comedic points of the show.  When him and Peter are in a scene together., you can expect tons of laughing.  Not only is he the talking pet, but he is like another member of their dysfunctional family.
